Q: What should I do to prepare for a propane delivery?

A: Please keep your driveway and any access paths to your propane tank or clear of ice and snow so that our delivery team can complete your fuel delivery safely. Also, please be sure to unlock any gates or entrances the delivery driver will need to access your tank.

Q: What do I do if I do not have heat?

A: Follow this short checklist to troubleshoot your heating system:

  • Check your propane tank gauge. Do you have propane fuel left in your tank? If your tank is empty, call Global Propane Inc. immediately at (303) 549-5950.
  • If you have propane in your tank, check your thermostat. Make sure it is set to HEAT and that the COOL function is not on instead.
  • Check that all heating system emergency switches are in the ON position.
  • Press the RESET button on your heating system ONCE ONLY.

The easiest way to tell which type you have is by the kind of heaters you have in your home. If you have vents, your home is heated by forced hot air or a furnace. If you have baseboard heat or radiators, your home is heated by forced hot water or a boiler.
